FAQs

Where do we begin?

We begin with a free introductory consultation. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your needs, preferences, and availability. You're welcome to ask any questions and share what you're hoping to gain from therapy.

What are your fees?

My standard fee is £60 per hour. I also offer a sliding scale based on individual circumstances and availability. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm happy to discuss a fee structure that feels manageable for you.

How long is each session and how long to stay in therapy?

Sessions typically last 50 minutes. I offer flexible therapy options including brief (6-8 sessions), medium-term (8-32 sessions), as well as longer term sessions.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share will remain private, with certain legal exceptions which we’ll discuss in our first session.

How are sessions held?

I currently offer sessions online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or by telephone. I do not offer in-person appointments at this time. This remote approach allows for flexibility, comfort, and accessibility, wherever you are.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, I do. I offer online sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or telephone, which means I can work with clients based anywhere in the world, provided time zones and availability align. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to discuss options.

How often are sessions?

Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis, as this supports continuity and progress in therapy. However, I understand that everyone's needs and circumstances are different, so fortnightly sessions or a schedule that suits you can be arranged.
